Hi... looks like they're gray not brown right? How long have they been worn? Does normal wear includes any scratches? Thank you so much!

@cwintergerst Hello. They're actually black with some slight graying but only on the lenses. They don't have a major scratches on them but they do have a few small ones. I tried to take another picture for you so that I can try showing you the scratches but they weren't really showing up in the pictures. All in all, they're in pretty good shape and very comfortable on. Hope this helps and if you have anymore questions feel free to ask.

@milz_rod hi! Thank you so much for your offers on these. I really like them but I'm hesitant to spend so much money on used Maui Jim's that have small scratches. I wish I could see them but like you said, they're not noticable in the photos. I'll give them a little more thought. Thanks again for the photos of you wearing them as they helped me see how much they wrap 😊

Hi! Sorry to ask you to jump through another hoop. Could you plz measure the width of the lens so I can compare them to my current Walmart sunnies? Poshers are constantly asking me for measurements on things then don't buy. I hope I don't end up wasting your time like that. I'm truly interested. Really bothered by the scratches tho. Scratches on glasses always make me crazy. Are they in the middle of the lens or more to the outside?💕

@cwintergerst No worries. I deleted some of the previous pictures to add some measurements. The main scratch is on the left side lens, towards the inner part.

@cwintergerst I just tried taking more pictures to try to capture the scratches but if I try in the light/sun they just bounce off if that makes any sense and if I try with no light it just looks like they don't have any. Again, I'm sorry. The best I can do is work out a price that reflects the condition of the glasses to be as fair as I possibly can.

@milz_rod it makes sense and I completely understand. My husband and I took a closer look at these and it looks like the stock photo which is your cover shot is a little different from the ones you're selling? It looks like they have an inner frame across the top. Is that right?

@milz_rod and thank you so so much for the measurements! I don't think I explained myself well. I was wondering about the width of the individual lenses. Before you take any more measurements, I'll measure mine in the same way you measured yours and maybe that'll be helpful.

@milz_rod my last concern is about the location of the scratch. Towards the center of the lens isn't good as I'll constantly be looking at/thru it. I know you said it's not bad but it's still a scratch in a bad location. thank you so much for trying to take more pics. You have been so incredibly helpful💕

@milz_rod hmm... just realized that towards the inner part means it would be closer to my nose and not the center of the lens as I had originally thought. I'll sleep on it! Have a great night :-)

I checked them out online and got a brand new pair of just what I wanted and because I got an amazon credit I got 80 bucks off and free shipping. Nw from the company. So I paid a grand total of $76.00! I got lucky. They are gorgeous glasses. I was just looking for a different color that I could find for sale on pm. Thank you for taking all my questions. @milz_rod , just an FYI, the stock photo that shows as the primary photo for PS searches is the Maui Jim “Lighthouse “. The actual glasses you are selling are Maui Jim “Banyans”. Having the correct primary photo may help you with sales. I stumbled on them looking for the Lighthouse. I own both styles. The MJ Sport just defines the curve of the lens and frame because they have more side coverage Hope that helps!
