New without tags! Never worn or washed. I bought as I was losing weight and never had a chance to wear these. This blazer is a very soft polyester material. Thinner than the standard blazer. No shoulder padding. A little wrinkled from being in the closet, but nothing a good steam or ironing can't fix! Size 1.
