@tcziggy1 measurement photos added. Shoulder width 19"; length from shoulder to waist 25"; sleeve length 24.5"; waist 23". I'm between a 12 and 14 and it's comfortable for me to wear a sweater under without being snug. I'm also busty and sleeves also tend to be short on me. The chest on the jacket is roomy and sleeves are perfect length for longer arms. Hope this helps!
