Super cute knee length empire waist floral dress by Maurices, with a gathered bust and an apron tie back. Brown bodice and straps, allover flower detail print on the skirt. There was some kind of fabric tape applied to the inside, possibly to temporarily hem the dress, ad a bit of residue of the adhesive is left on the inside, but it's not bad, and you can't see it from the outside (see 8th pic).
