Almost brand new! Worn twice. Great rouching details on the side as well as gathered shoulders. Cross over in the front. Could be worn with a tank or camisole or without! Banded at the bottom for great fit! Shoulder to shoulder is 18 1/2” Sle be length is 18” (can be pushed up for 3/4 sleeves) Shoulder to hem is 28” Armpit to armpit is 23”
