What is the bust measurement? Is this stretchy?

@lovebillabong laying flat across the chest it measures 15 inches across. My bust measurement is 36 inches around and it fits me. The tank is 52% rayon and 48% polyester so it has a little bit of stretch to it but not a whole lot :)

@mfoeller2 yea I wear a 34/36ddd or 36dd is the smallest bra I have cup-wise, thin waist.. So prob not bug enough in the bust
