Flat measurement armpit to armpit is about 35+" and length is about 29" without the fringe and 35" with the Fringe. I'm not quite sure what to call this but it is see through and very generously sized with a cut that seems kimono inspired? Really pretty over a tank or a solid dress. See several things you like?
