Maurices Striped Bell Sleeve Embroidered Top

This top is very comfortable and flattering. It's navy blue and white stripes with an embroidered shoulder accent detail and embroidered ribbon along the hem of the sleeve. Could be worn off the shoulder - stretchy neckline. Good pre-owned condition. True to size in my opinion.
