Maurices White & Navy Striped T-Shirt Dress

This maurices short sleeve t-shirt dress has white banding trim on the neck & sleeves. Worn half a risen times. Navy stripes are very dark & almost appear black. Can tie at front & wear as t-shirt if you are long in the torso (see picture).
