Cute summery sleeveless dress that is black with pink flowers and has black crocheted trim on the neck and above the ruffled bottom. It has small ruffles on the top and a larger ruffle on the bottom. It has an elastic waist that is 15 inches laying flat but of course it will stretch. The armpit to armpit measurement is 20 inches, but there are some gathers there so can be more and the length is 35 inches. It is fully lined on top and has a slip on the bottom.
