Maurices dress size 7/8

This is new with tags and has never been worn. It has a place around the waist that looks like a belt but it's really just for show and does not fit tighter like a belt. It is a knee length dress. It has somehow a stain I guess from moving up towards the top of the dress but does not show through to the back of the dress. See picture. It is barely noticeable.
