Maurice's dressy lace skirt (M)

Lacy dressy lined skirt. Front satiny waistband, back elastic waist. Length 23". Very pretty and newer. Waist measures approx. 31 1/2" with half elastic waist in back. Measures 17 1/2 across front at hip and 16" across front at bottom. Seems to run somewhat narrow for Medium, but contains 6 % spandex. Small flaw in middle front waistband (snag-pictured).
