Maurices elastic black with white flowers peplum top M

It is so difficult to see how cute this is because of the pattern. The main body is rows of elastic and the sleeves have rows also and there is a peplum on the bottom of the main body elastic rows. The armpit to armpit measurement is 16 1/2 inches, the sleeves are 24 inches long and the length is 25 inches. It is very stretchy and the peplum is a little swingy. The sleeves are bell shaped.
