This dress has a rounded neckline. Spaghetti straps that are adjustable. the top portion of the dress will be form fitting. The back of the dress at the top is all gathered material with elastic. my measurement is laying flat with no stretch so there is wiggle room in the material for stretch. The color are white, dark blue and light blue. The background starts with white. Then when you look closer you see these light blue pencil stripes that are close together. Then on top of that the main thing you see is the dark blue floral print all over. This dress does have a white underling. With the empire waistline you have more skirt with flare.
