Mauve Anthropologie colorful blouse with gathered cuffs and ruffled collar

EUC this is a beautiful flowing blouse in a multicolor pattern. It buttons about three-quarter down and has a Y neckline with ruffles at the collar. The hem line is longer in the back than in the front and curved at the back. The fabric has a bit of texture, like a Swiss dot. I don’t see any indications of wear.
