Max Azria chocolate silk reversible dress. EUC

Beautiful 100% silk jersey dress from Max Azria. Can be worn with ruffles in the back for a high neck or the front for a low v-neck; see both ways in the cover photo. The tie-neck provides for an adjustable fit, and the draping of the ruffles in this silk fabric creates so much movement when wearing. Hits at the knee. The size tag is missing (it was itchy), but if it fits like a Medium. I couldn't find the runway photos, but from color palette and style it feels like Resort or Spring 2009.
