Max & Cleo Black Tulle Ruched Smocked Off the Shoulder Evening Gown SZ 4 Worn Once This gorgeous, unique gown begins with the stunning neckline & ends with the dramatic finale of the smocked hems long netting gathered around you. The neckline starts off the right shoulder, gathered in a ruffle set off by a rhinestone pin. The draping coyly covers the decolletage revealing a strapless sweetheart neckline flowing into a body-conscious dress covered in ruched netting to midthigh. There, the dress is smocked with a long net hem. It has a hidden back zipper. Size 4. The dress will give you a beautiful silhouette. The ruching will conceal any flaws with its slimming effects as it adds interest and the smocking will add flare. I had the dress tailored to fit my needs. I am busty and had some of the netting from the hem used to increase the coverage of the decolletage. (See pictures.) It created a ruffled effect at the top, which I concealed with an elegant rhinestone pin that is included with the dress. I’m 5’23/4” and wore 31/2” heels. I wore the dress once.
