Max Edition Blouse with bird detail

This is a beautiful blouse with several different unique details: notice smocking at neck, ties at sleeves, bird detail on front, and border at hem that goes all the way around. NWOT. The color is a very light blue in case the color doesn't show up well in pictures. 100% polyester From collar to hem, 24" long Sleeves from shoulder drop to bottom of sleeve is 14". Note that with the ties you can cinch up the sleeve... Although this is a Medium, it runs large.
