Crafted of navy silk embellished with tonal sequins, the lovely and elegant "Idalio" halter midi-dress, features tulle overlay in black that's vertically pleated on the top half of the skirt and horizontally pleated on the halter straps and throughout the bodice of the dress. This dress is also fully lined in cotton. It's the perfect cocktail or party dress for the fall and winter season.  New with detached tag. Three sequins missing on skirt of dress (see photo) otherwise, this dress is in excellent condition. NOTE: this dress is an Italian size 48 which is equivalent to a size US 12 however, it runs small and fits approximately like a size US 8 - see Measurements below.
