@djl15 hi. So measuring the seam at the waist it is almost exactly 36” around. It is a stretch cotton: 97% cotton and 3% elasticine, but the 36 inch waist is seamed so not sure if that negates some of the give there. That said. When I pulled it, it still seems to give a bit. Also note that the waist seam is approx 16Inches below the tip shoulder seam if that helps.
