Max Rave- Size XL- Black shiny blouse with belt loops

not really sequins? more like shiny little dots??? not sure what to call them, but it's a really cute shirt. It does have belt loops but I do not have a belt for it. 97% polyester 3% spandex. cinched waist. long- comes to just above my knee (I'm 5'2, for reference)
