Max Studio Blue Long Short Sleeved Silk Look Polka Dot Texture

This is a Max Studio dress, size XS It is a grayish blue polyester material with a polka dot texture. It has long tassels and bell sleeves. The waist band is stretchy, I have a 28” waist and it was comfortable for me to wear. 53” long shoulder to hem. It’s in great condition!
