Max Studio Braided Knit Dress

100% Cotton Scooped neckline Sleeveless Braided knit detail, striped print Colors are black and off-white Approx. Measurements: Pit to pit: 16" Length: 34" Shoulder to shoulder: 13.5" Fits true to size Small callout: Has a tiny pull at bottom of dress - see last pic for reference. Dress retails for $118; however, willing to let go at a reduced price for this reason. Could be easily fixed I just don't have the skills to fix it.
