The neckline on this dress is low and the bust line is a bit on the small side without much stretch. Length from shoulder to hem 35 inches. 17.5 inches armpit to armpit when flat. 14.25 inches right below bust (where your bra strap hits) when flat. There is almost no stretch here. 19 inches across roughly at hip height when flat. Cotton shell and polyester lining. Hand wash or dry clean.
