@designworld yes the skirt is lined, I will add a picture to show this. Skirt has no stains or wear on it. Wore it once. There’s a stamp mark on the inside label, but it’s not visible from the outside of the skirt. Will take a picture of the tag to add to the item listing.

@argommm the skirt has a 3.5 inch waistband and from the waistband, the skirt is 15 inches. I will add pictures of this with the tape measurer showing.
