Max Studio - NWT - Maxi Dress (extremely long) - SZ: Small

Please note that the dress is extremely long as you can see in the first photo. The stress is brand new with tags. Navy in color, I know the lighting and some of the photo seems off this is a true navy color dress. There is a wavy like design in the fabric at the waist on the front and a more ruffled layered look from the back (see photos).
