NWT Max Studio knife-pleated A-line swing dress in a bright royal blue / cobalt blue. 100% polyester pleats, fully lined. Approximate measurement: 18” armpit to armpit; 38” shoulder to hem. V-neck neckline. Maternity or bump friendly. Waist tie can be fastened on the front or tied around the back to create a more defined empire waist style. Size marked as a XS. Note tag has some damage.
