Max Studio Specialty flowy silk skirt w/lining

I bought this at a fancy consignment store but have not yet had the opportunity to wear it - it's like new, I had it dry cleaned it looks brand new. Lining, side zip with button (extra button still sewn inside). Skirt is 15" waist flat measure with 21.5" hem length. Flowy skirt with extra fabric sewn in to add volume - silk has a beautiful shine/sheen - could be dressed for work or for a cocktail party, pattern is classic with black, champagne/tan and a beautiful coral/dark rose
