1988jane Hi Karen, Thanks for reaching out. The measurements (lying flat) are ; armpit to armpit 16", top of sleeve to cuff 26", shoulder to hem 29". Yes, it does have a stretch to it, just enough to give it a nice fit. And no, it does not have any flaws. As far as "how to process a bundle", I am not sure but I will find out if you would like. 1988jane Hi, I just measured the item again and got 19 1/2". This top is meant to be somewhat fitting and it stretches, so of course, it fits larger if need be. It is very flattering.....
