Max Studio black ruffle pencil skirt

Max Studio brand black ruffled/layered pencil skirt. The ruffles are more layered than actual ruffles, so it has a nice sleek pencil skirt shape but with a little texture and interest from the layers. Hits right above knee, so perfect for the office. The top of the skirt is stretchy and can be high-waisted or rolled down to be closer to the hip. Size small, fits small to medium. Stretchy material. Very comfortable and in great condition. Measurements: 24.5" long 12" waist, but stretches close to about 15"
