Max Studio cap sleeves smocked dress

Gorgeous NWT Max Studio smock print dress. Hugs curves in the right places due to the tighter smock top and then skater hem skirt. Retails for $118 size XS but fits me and I'm a size 6 due to the stretch in the bust. I love this but trying to downsize and it's been sitting in my closet never worn with tags still attached.
