Super cute dress! What's the pit-to-pit measurement on this? And the length? And are there any stains, snags, tears, or pilling?

Hi. The dress is in good condition, but does have a few minor snags. I took a close up picture so that you can see them. When the dress is worn, these small imperfections are not noticeable. The fabric is sheer and layered so it makes it difficult to see any snagging. There is no pilling.
