Max Studio green ruffled skirt

Green and white flowered ruffle hem skirt with ruching on one side with ties below the ruching. . 100% polyester. Zipper closure on the side. The length of this skirt is roughly 20 inches. Note that the ruching can be adjusted by pulling at the strings below it. This skirt has never been worn.
