This is a like new-only worn for a photo shoot- Max Studio skirt. It is 20 inches from top of waist to bottom of hem. It is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. Very nice detailing with a pleated bottom. Can be dressed up or down with different tops. It’s is black and cream.
