Max Studios Navy Blue Striped Dress

I love this dress but I am downsizing and I just don’t wear it that much anymore! It’s in excellent used condition, worn maybe 3-4 times. It is a fun, casual dress made of mid-weight fabric. The upper part is navy blue and with thin light grey stripes and the lower part is the same navy blue with thick dark purple stripes.
