Max and Cleo Womens Chiffon Dress Size 14 Fuschia Pink Strapless Prom Evening Cocktail. Short skirt. Very Flowy with Chiffon belt. Top about 10" long. Bottom is about 19" long. I bought it from ebay, and I think it's for a shorter person with a 38-40 chest. I am average height and a 38D and it fit fine, it was just too short for me.
