Max edition maxi skirt one size

The top of the skirt is a stretchy material it would would size small to xl a sit stretches to fit. It's an absolutely gorgeous material that has a slight sheer and taffeta feel (it's not taffeta) there's a pic of the fabric listings. The design is lovely black with a medium beige color. I have loved this skirt, it's in excellent condition.
