This is Brand New. Very unique Dress. Contains 3 types of materials..silk rayon velvet. This snaps around the neck and has ties to either leave or tie. This ties around the waist as it has a liner dress too with adjustable straps. Has a layered patched look. Very light and flows. Since this dress can be adjustable..im throwing in a extra liner in a size 8 for free. Pit to pit measurements Approx 20 inches and Shoulders to hem Approx 57 inches.
