Maxfield of Malibu Sterling Silver Custom Ornate Pattern Bracelet ONE OF A KIND

For sale is vintage SUPER RARE from Maxfield of Malibu, California HEAVY Sterling Silver Handmade Ornate Complex Pattern Bracelet. This bracelet is composed of thick, solid 925 Sterling Silver - a total of 31 INDIVIDUALLY hand formed links…weighing a whopping 60 GRAMS. This is one of the densest silver ensembles that I have seen and is basically a ONE-OF-A-KIND piece due to its vintage age. The original owner purchased this wonderful piece back in the 90's, but this bracelet was apparently custom handmade crafted back in the 70's. This masterpiece measures approx. 7.5” long by .75" wide and 3mm thick. As pictured, every single one of the 31 individual links is stamped 925 for Sterling silver. The links are “3 tiered” - like little crowns - with each peak settling perfectly into the link above and below. There is a "dented" back of one link - but this appears to be something that happened during the creation process - and may serve to allow a greater range of flexibility. Overall, this is a one-of-a-kind treasure piece that you will not find anywhere else ever.
