Maxi Blue Floral Patterned Skirt

Very stretchy and flowy floral patterned skirt. Barely worn. Has a tie on the front but it’s just for decoration doesn’t actually adjust the waist. Is a size XS and laying flat the waist measures 12” but it is very stretchy so it can fit a size small, maybe even medium. It is a long skirt. I am 4’11” and it hit me right at the top of my feet/was a bit long for me hence why I’m selling it. If you’re around 5’3”, this would be a great ankle length skirt or my height and wear heels with it :)
