luvlaula @wrgwn94 Armpit to armpit: Approx 15.5" Waist: Approx. 13" I'm not sure what fully lined means but I think if you want to know if there's a thin layer under neath the bust area then yes and there's also an extra thin layer for the skirt portion like a slip. The only thing that is see through is the waist part where the lace is and the very bottom of the skirt.
