@wifeoferic This is more "covering"? the Angelita is perfect for sunny days or for beach days, Mexico in April is still rainy sometimes and cold other times, you can wear a sweater underneath but I am not sure if that will be correct, on the other hand this dress is made in a thicker material, which will cover you from chilly afternoons, but will keep you fresh in sunny mediodias! I can make a tunic ot just leave it as a maxi dress! (design from a man in Oaxaca the son of a beautiful lady)

@wifeoferic church code from the 90's (raised in a catholic school we embroider, values where taught, english, and mass will be in our duties).
There used to be a sign (still in some churches) "vista usted decentemente ante los ojos de Dios" when I was a little girl I interpreted as "you must look with decency at others, under Gods eye" and in reality was "you must dress decently under God eyes"...

@wifeoferic no transparents, no shorts, no belly buttons, no mini skirts, not much makeup, and in that time still "no pants" (they relaxed that) but yes dresses, long skirts, we used to dress "formal" to go to church, your best clothes for God, because is a party, (they said so at school) (below knee acceptable) and this was in a city, very close to the border not in the center of Mexico.
