Maxi Dress (Run Small)

A beautiful multi-colored maxi dress can be worn off the shoulder. Snug fit with high-low trim at the bottom. New never worn. The pictures do no justice. 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex. It's listed as 1X, but runs small. I'd say maybe med-lg.
