Black and white sleeveless high neck maxi dress, very stretchy, elastic at waist, 3 buttons at neck. Bottom of dress is shear, lined from waist to right above knee (17 inches from elastic waistband). Length of dress from shoulder to bottom is about 55 1/2 inches.
