Brand new! Size 14 I bought this dress in Dec 2019 at almost full price because I was looking for a dress for New Years Eve. I was so sure I’d like it, so I took the shoulder pads out because it made my shoulders ‘boxy’ After I did that, I realized that I didn’t like the way it looked on me because the chest part was too roomy! So this dress would be perfect for a well-endowed lady! But it is beautiful!
