Maxi Long Sleeve Green Floral Velvet Stretch Vintage Dress Susan Roselli size 10

Union USA made. Fabric is a stretchy knit, sheer burnout velvet floral in a nice dark winter forest green. Has shoulder pads and long sleeves. High crew neck with slit and button at back neck. The fabric is somewhat see through. This dress is a true "floor length" - I am 5' 5" and wore heels to model it, and it was just a couple inches off the floor. Very wide voluminous skirt.
