dimitronio @cali_gal hello there. Measurements; Waistband: 28inches. This dimension is without counting the elastic band on the back side. Waist dimension can be increased almost double if elastic band stretches. Length: 36.5" The skirt although XS doesn't fit me. Reason being I have an incredible small waist so it drops about my pelvis bones and then it is too long for me. I am a relative short lady. Material: 93%Rayon 7% Linen

dimitronio @cali_gal I get it. if you are taller than me if it sits below waist is actually okay. yeah it is a wonderful skirt. my mother got it for me. and unfortunately I never quite wore it.
