So what size hip would this fit...also what is the length,please?

@tagore125 length is 45 inches, waist ~13 inches: but it’s stretchy material! It can also be worn high or low or even folded over. Sorry it’s tough to give an exact size because it stretches, but I usually wear ~size 6 or 27-28. I think this skirt could fit anyone a size smaller or bigger honestly
