Maxi Skirt Aztec pattern

Never worn maxi skirt. Bought a few months ago but doesn't fit. No tags but fairly new. There are belt loops but no belt (not sure why) so I reduced the price a little bit. No stains, rips, or threads. Bought at a boutique.
