Maxi Summer/ Vacation Dress Black and White

Strapless, slightly form fitting. Top is fitting bottom is loose. Bottom of dress flares out so it more room for legs to move. Can be worn to a winery during the fall or on a summer day. Can be dressed up or down. Can be worn with sandals or wedges. Not see through. Material is not super thin so it doesn’t mark everything underneath.
